We are looking for the following positions and the skill sets indicated alongside:
Job Description
•UG Graduate/Diploma(10+2+3 years) Certificate Holder (Max 3 arrears can also apply)
•Post Graduate are not eligible to apply (MBA, MCA, MSC, MCOM,..)
•Willing to work regular night Shifts\rotational
•Average oral and written communication skills (English)
•Keyboarding Skill (WPM 30) Accuracy (90
•Prior experience with an international BPO would be an added advantage.
•Responsible for handling customer queries and abide by the prescribed norms
•Candidate with a flair for computer troubleshooting and an aptitude for Customer Support
